This free event is a great way to discover the Feldenkrais Method™ or to learn about aspects of this work with which you may not be familiar. It aims to inform the general public as well as health professionals about the many benefits of this method. Whether or not you have already encountered it we invite you to observe or participate in the day’s events.
Experienced practitioners from the region will present short group classes and individual sessions, conferences, demonstrations and film.
