We’ve organized some great workshops for you over the month of July. Everything you need to help you relax and to learn how to move more comfortably over the summer period.
Whether you are curious about the cumulative effects of doing Feldenkrais™ over a period of a few days or prefer to do something short for just two hours, you’ll find what you are looking for below. Please note that each workshop is different from the others.

Recuperate and prepare for the holidays. Feldenkrais™ provides a nice, gentle way to ease away tension and stiffness that has built up over the year.
The exploration of small, slow movements frees up the articulations and increases the level of comfort, contributing to a deep sense of well-being.

The payment of a yearly membership fee is obligatory. It should be paid separately. The membership fee can be paid after a free trial class (weekly classes only) or after an evaluation (if you are doing individual sessions).
