In these workshops the Feldenkrais™ Awareness through Movement™ lessons will be taught alongside voice exercises similar to those used by actors. The lessons will touch on different aspects of the voice such as finding skeletal support for the voice, awareness of the nose and mouth cavities, freeing the air passages, vocal resonance, voice placement and improving breath control while speaking or singing.

These workshops are open to anyone wishing to explore this dimension of the self while being supported and stimulated by the safe structured environment that the Feldenkrais Method™ provides.

Participants can discover or rediscover that a richer and fuller sound in speaking or singing is possible through the use of your own sensitivity and guided attention.
